Privacy notice
This notice covers the details you submit through the consultation form at optipacksolutions.co.uk. It's kept deliberately short — ask if anything here isn't clear.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the message you write and the optional answer to “Where did you find us?”, at the point you submit the consultation form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry — by phone or email — and to give you an accurate answer on parts, timescale and cost for the work you've described. The optional source answer helps us understand how people find the business and assess our marketing; it is not permission to send marketing messages.
Who sees it
OptiPack Solutions (AJR Technical Services Ltd) receives your enquiry. The form is handled by Web3Forms, our third-party form processor, which stores submissions and transmits them to our inbox. Web3Forms states that submission data may be retained for up to three years unless deleted sooner or a shorter retention period is configured. Its processing and service providers are described in the Web3Forms privacy policy.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then deleted. Enquiries that don't lead to work are typically deleted within 12 months.
